Shipping policy

 

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

- We will be using FedEx for all International shipping as our courier service. Please understand we don't take any responsibility for any charge of additional fee such as customs duties.  

- It might take few days to few weeks to pass the customs. Please search your counties import regulations before ordering.

- Please purchase edged tools in accordance with the laws of your own country. We will take no responsibility if any of our items you bought are confiscated (seized) by customs. Please inquire with your local customs about regulations and duties.

- Please notify us immediately of any damage or loss of a shipment. We will inquire with the courier, however, the investigation may be a long process. You can repurchase the product and we will refund you the payment immediately after compensation is granted.

FOR MALAYSIA DOMESTIC SHIPPING

- Please understand we will be using DHL Malaysia as our primary courier service provider. We will only change to other service provider upon client's request.

- Please notify us immediately of any damage or loss of a shipment. We will inquire with the courier, however, the investigation may be a long process. You can repurchase the product and we will refund you the payment immediately after compensation is granted.

- Item will be prepare on the ordering date and ship on the following working day. 

- It will take 3 to 5 days for west Malaysia domestic shipment and 7 to 10 days for east Malaysia shipment. 

- We will not be responsible for the shipment delay due to the cause of courier services.
