Aidan the man and chef behind Restaurant Akâr, spent his time in Alsace, France opened his door curating a modern French dining in Kuala Lumpur. Listed in Tatler's top 20 restaurants 2021, despite the pandemic, Akâr hold their roots strong and will continue to emerge and evolve in the F&B food scene.
