Exchange & Return Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return and we will be in touch with you within 7 days with further information.
Any exchange for a damaged item will be replaced with the same item or store credit only (no cash refunds), subjected to availability and inspection of the item. Unfortunately, there is no refund for shipping cost.
If 3 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange.
All paid orders are final and cannot be cancelled or exchanged unless damaged.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To start a return damaged item, you can contact us at masarumy.japaneseknives@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
